Access via Company Access
Company Access is PERMANENT. If you are looking to give someone temporary access then use QR Code Access.
If a site is created and your user is associated with that company then you will automatically have the site in your sites list. To access the site just visit the sites page and select if from the list.
Select the "Sites" option in you side menu.
Select your site from the list of sites.
If your site is not in the list you need to gain access via either Access Code or QR Code
Press the "Sign In" button
Complete the induction questions and add any company risks your bringing to site
Your now onsite. Other users who were already onsite will be notified of your arrival and any of the risks you have brought onsite.
When your ready to leave the site visit the site page and press the "Sign Out" button.
Once you have pressed the "Sign Out" button you will be removed from the onsite list and are now signed out.
If you have Risk Management enabled you will first be asked which risks you are taking off the site when you leave. Select the risks you ARE removing from the site.
